Shit was actually lit asf. Like yeah I was dead, but the instructor and the energy from everyone else made me at times, rarely, forget that I was dying.
The culture and empowerment not just from the owners and coaches, but everyone who walks through the door.

Very fun and welcoming environment, I'm new to working out and weights (correct form). The instructor made it comfortable for me to try something new for the first time.
I enjoyed learning to use the equipment and small group size
