I had my very first spin class with Courtney...I've not been active in a while and this class made me feel welcome, encouraged me to work at MY level and I felt like even the others in the class were cheerleaders too! For me and each other! Because I could work at my level (sometimes that meant to just keep moving) I was not so sore! I've already booked my next class.
Something about The PWRHOUSE I don't know what is it . This place always gave me a good vibes and extra energy to push my self to my goal everyday . And also all this beautiful energized and positive coaches there as well. Love it .
