the pace was perfect, the workout was intense I am so sore which is what I wanted. the vibes were so cool. I've never been in a cooler gym. my favorite part is the lights. the music was good and the instructor was easy to follow
The vibe was amazing, good music, good people, and a killer workout! 10/10 recommend and I will for sure be back for more classes in the future!
