I loved my instructor and the music. Also, the overall vibe of the studio with the art and lighting.
The environment is uplifting, welcoming, comfortable, and inclusive. I have been other places where I feel like another person on a bike. PWR house does a great job of making sure you know you are appreciated as a member. I feel confident enough to be who I am and workout in a safe and loving atmosphere.
