The atmosphere always sets the tone for the rest of my day. Rather then ending the day with an attitude of, "i wish i had this energy earlier in my day so i could've done more", i compare my day to how it started in the morning. A strong workout with strong people. Strong always begins from within & then shows itself outwardly.🔥🔥🔥
