I can't even express how much fun I had here at my first spin class.
Stephanie was the coach and she's so full of energy and makes it so easy to get sassy and sexy with your ride.
I've been into fitness for my whole adult life and have never tried spin, more towards weight lifting but as I get older the more I desire the group setting and fun energy like this.
Such a great experience and I'm so grateful for my friends who invited me!
