Thanks. I loved the class. The teacher had great energy and gave excellent guidance. The workout was hard but in a good way. I feel like it will help me to get back in shape. I will definitely recommend the class to others but I will have to give a disclaimer about the one thing I do not like. I do not like going into a dark room with black lights to workout. It makes it hard to see the details of each move and it makes it difficult to connect with others (which is part of why I go to an exercise class and don't take it online). When it's a beautiful sunny day, it's hard to go into a dark room like this. But I'll keep doing it because the teacher and the workout are so good.
