I went to the Tuesday night spin class. I've been to many spin classes before and was sure I would enjoy it. I really enjoyed the tone of the class, the music and it was a tough! Looking forward to my next visit and getting better at the moves.
I would recommend PWRHOUSE beause the energy is fire and every class I have taken has been about clean physical fitness and sharp intentional movement that is strengthening my entire body. My goals are making progress and I am love Love LOVING IT!
It's a great work out and fun experience. Everyone is very motivating and push you past your limits.
