The instructors were very welcoming and informative.
Vibes were amazing, instructor was amazing and clear with directions and everyone was friendly. The setting was so unique and fun the music was perfect as well

Jen is a badass instructor and your gym provides the Inbody scanning system. Our whole group is utilizing it for motivation for a healthier life. Great gym, great environment, great instructor!
