Sherrell is worth asking for at this location! Normally, I’m in and out in 15 minutes but this time I had waited 3+ months in between appointments. It took extra time to get me ready for the waxing service, but Sherrell was super nice and explained everything she was doing. When she had to go over an area, she explained that it was because the hair grows in different directions there and she would be pulling the wax strip in different directions in order to remove all the hair. I went ahead and booked my next appointment so that I don’t let so much time pass. To be honest, I’ve been frequenting Pretty Kitty locations around Dallas for a few years, depending on availability the day I’m looking for a service. I prefer the Mockingbird location due to location near my home and work, but I will drive the extra 10 minutes to Addison now specifically to see Sherrell. Thank you so much for making a would-be difficult appointment much more bearable!

I have been coming to this location for a couple of years now and the people there are always the best. I was able to make a last min apt that morning for service that afternoon. I was in and out of the apt in around 15 min. Very pleased and will be back
