The 9 is for the waxer, America, who did and continues to do a wonderful job. I do give a 1 rating for your receptionist. She's too familiar and unprofessional to be the first face you see and the last person you interact with. Also, she asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I find this quite rude. We're in America and we understand how tipping is done. If I want to leave a tip on my card then I will. I gave my waxer a cash tip. I don't need nor should I have to explain this.
