Daniel seems very genuine (authentic) enjoyable first session. I was very nervous about joining in and Daniel was warm and non judgmental. It's so nice to have this space / The Practice in Newhaven, normally would have to travel to Lewes ?

It's a magical space in the heart of Newhaven: dark, peaceful, WARM. The perfect place to unwind and stretch out all your physical tension. Daniel's a great teacher: calm, precise and fully-embodied. And super friendly [full-disclosure he's also my husband!] and the studio has some really great opening membership options alongside the community classes.
