The welcome, as each person is greeted when entering The Pilates Studio in Hadley, is genuine and heartfelt. They make it so comfortable in their inviting, clean and airy space, that I often linger after class and have made good friends over the years.The teachers are rigorous and knowledgeable, making adjustments and accommodations within the gentle flow of the class. I leave feeling much more centered and "in my body". Honestly, The Pilates Studio is one of my favorite places in the Valley!
