Lots of class time options, lots of variety in class offerings and many different points of entry with levels, and a wide-range of instructors with different styles to match each person's needs.
Katrina is an incredibly talented Pilates instructor and movement practitioner. Her depth of experience and knowledge of how the human body moves and functions is immediately apparent. She meets her clients where they are at and is able to guide and transform the way they move. As a physical therapist, I have referred many family, friends, and patients to The Pilates Studio and will continue to do so. It is time and money well spent.
