I realize how therapeutic the movements on the reformer are for regaining core strength in my aging body. Also, the studio is spacious enough for me to feel comfortable. Lastly, the instructor, Libby, was very encouraging!

I had an excellent experience and plan to return for another class. The instructor gave an introduction and cues that were easy to understand. She was also able to add corrections when needed. Loved the small class size as well.
This is the best Pilates studio in our area. All of the employees are wonderful making the experience a 10/10.
