Laurie is an excellent instructor. She is clear in her directions and also pays close attention to her students.
I have not done pilates , but the instructor explained and showed details so it was very helpful to understand .
I recommend this studio to everyone all the time! The teachers are supportive and knowledgeable, the community is warm and friendly, and the practice itself feels empowering and strengthening!
