The instructors at the Pilates center keep me moving in my daily life. Whenever something crops up that starts to bother my knees or ankle or whatever, the instructors always seem to find new ways to help me overcome and improve. I'm so grateful I found The Pilates Center years ago. Can't imagine going anywhere else!
