Working with Amy was exactly what I had hoped for. She provided excellent feedback about my form that I have been seeking as we went through all the different Pilates forms, explaining how to adjust my position to activate the correct muscles and how to modify a move when my body wasn't quite ready for the classical position. I will practice at home now, trying to incorporate all she taught me, as I look forward to our next session.
