Great customer service and skill level for practionioners and front desk staff. Not a 10 due to lounge being uncomfortable and lack of a ability for a member to see available benefits (e.g. how much credit is available and what the credit can it apply to).
Nice sitting area, tea, and polite/competent staff.
Friendly people, personable at the door. Comfortable seating area while I waited, great tea selection.
