My husband and I came in for a spa day package. It was our first experience with massage, facials and mani/pedis. Everyone who worked with us were incredible, friendly and thorough. I was nervous about the amount of time it was supposed to take but the time just got away from me and I enjoyed every moment there.
I was not made aware of the need to arrive earlier than the appointment time for check in and signing of the electronic documents. That took away time from the service which is understandable, but should have been discussed before arriving for the service.
