• Chris was great, he really cared about my pain areas and helping me get to a more manageable pain level and even let me know I need to stretch or it will just get this bad again. He did just massage lotion on me and send me on my way. He educated me, and explained the different muscles that were causing my pain. And stretches to help. He did more for me in one session then physical therapy did in two months. I will definitely be coming back
