• Chris was very tentative and thorough in his explanations of why we worked certain areas. He relieved a lot of my tension that has built up over the last year since my last massage. He gave me a few stressing tips to follow regularly to increase my flexibility and reduce strain on my lower back that will be a huge help. Great massage!
