• I could barely move my head and was in so much pain. My masseuse understood this and while the massage was intense and somewhat painful, I walked out completely pain free. Usually when my neck tenses up like it was it takes weeks of massages, chiropractor care, and a trip to urgent care for muscle relaxers.
