It started with the receptionist, she was the nicest one I've ever encountered calling anywhere. The girl that did my lashes unfortunately I don't remember her name was super sweet and attentive and explained everything she was going to do and explained as she was doing it. I love my lashes, their natural looking just how I wanted them.
