The Lash Lounge

I've been coming to Lash Lounge as a member since they opened. I first saw Beca and now Sam. Lexie is also great. The manager Julie is so kind and helpful. The lounge is always clean and the whole staff is great.

I received a call from the owner of The Lash lounge who was very apologetic and genuinely offered me an opportunity to re-schedule gratis to make up for the error. I appreciated her amazing customer service and her taking full accountability which proves they value the importance of each customer! Thank You:)

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Lash Lounge (Princeton Marketfair location). Despite booking an appointment on Sunday 3/24 and paying the deposit with my credit card, I arrived the following afternoon to find that there was no record of my appointment. While my credit card information was in the system, my appointment had seemingly vanished. This lack of organization wasted my time and now I am in the process if ensuring my deposit was fraudulently charged.

I urge the establishment to improve their appointment management system to prevent similar inconveniences for future customers.

I am a newbie to getting lashes done and it was a GREAT experience!

I met with Zamira and she reviewed what I was looking for and recommended I go with the hybrid instead of the classic. I always think it's important to trust a stylist and their advice. She went over the process and made me feel very comfortable.

The location is very clean and everyone was very nice and helpful. The application did take the time that I was told and I had no issues at all.

With it being my first time, I was so thankful that my new lashes feel like nothing at all. They went over proper care for good maintenance and I felt very comfortable leaving the salon as they didn't overlook anything in my opinion.

I would highly recommend you try this place out if you want to top your look off with ease and confidence.

Salon with rude staff and unprofessional practices. I made an appointment and developed an eye infection certified by another doctor. I sent a text message the day before my appt to tell them I needed to cancel. I also called them as an additional courtesy. I got a call back from the salon in the day of the appointment to rudely say they would never allow me to make an appointment at the salon again even though I had cancelled my appointment with good one day notice and due to a genuine reason. I have informed my Princeton colleagues and friends of the unpleasant and brusque manner of this salon and they will not be getting any business from any of us.

Staff turnover here is very high with staff barely lasting a few months. Is that something to do with an unpleasant work environment?

I suspect this salon will not last for very long with their rude practices with potentially valuable customers.

PAY ATTENTION because this review is going to be one of the most important. Why is this? Because I am thee most picky, selective individual. I received a lash lift and tint today with Aslam. This was my first time at this business. I have been getting lash lifts for three years and have not been satisfied at the places I have gone. I have super long, thick lashes and usually leave with barely any lift. Today I walked in to meet Aslam and discussed with her my concerns that I just described above. She sat with me and let me pick my shield size (for the lift). She also discussed time of how long I'd like the perm solution to sit if I had known a preference I liked. This was a great start and I instantly felt confident in her ability to lift my lashes. During the process, I felt comfortable and laughed quite often as Aslam and I chatted away. It felt as if my own friend was doing my lashes. She described everything as she did it and let me know what step it was in the process. She even made sure to let me pick which type of black tint I wanted to use. I never once had to feel nervous to have to ask or specify what I wanted because she asked FOR me. Also, the process went quite quickly and smoothly. I had no pain or irritation during this treatment which I've felt in other salons during a lash lift. Also, the salon bed I was laying on was comfortable as was the pillow I had my head on (I felt as if my head was on a cozy cloud - no kidding). At the end, Aslam made sure I had no burning or irritation in my eyes. When she handed me the mirror to look at the finished product I nearly cried. My lashes were SUPER lifted!!! Amazing!!! I could not believe it. They look like I have long lash extensions on - except it's my own natural lashes lifted! I told her how much I loved them and will definitely be back. As soon as I left the salon I told my friend who gets lifts how great Aslam was and minutes later she called and booked a lift with her. I have attached a photo of when I got home from the lift. If you aren't familiar with lash lifts, please remember that once I wash my face in 48 hours they will show the true results which is a fluffier look with all lashes separated. I will update with a photo when I wash them. You absolutely have to go see Aslam. She's extremely talented in what she does and also very kind to talk to during your treatment. Thanks Aslam!!!! The tech didn't go over the service or really ask what i wanted. I showed previous picture of what my extensions were like before she said 'ok' then just started. When it was finished i said this wasn't really the look i was going for... she then pulls put the different options and said she can add a few more lashes but she has another appointment. No after care instructions or brush given. This was 2 days ago and a lot of my lashes have already fallen out really not worth almost $200 for 2-3 days of lashes

Because Lash Lounge/Rebeca has never let me down . My lashes always look amazing. What more can I say?

Absolutely STUNNING hybrid set from Jackie G ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday. She is an absolute sweetheart, was so helpful and kind in leading me to make recommendations for my lashes.

Overall, The Lash Lounge was incredibly hospitable - offering refreshments as soon as I walked in the door. Each stylist conducted themselves with professionalism, kindness and was truly passionate about their work. Highly recommend for quality, flawless looking lashes.

I had a good experience here! I couldn't justify continuing because of their recent price hike though. The person who did my lashes the first time did an amazing job, and she talked through with me which were the right length/style based on my eye shape and personal style.

I got my eyebrows threaded after not having them done for over 8 months because of covid-19... long story short Rebeca is a miracle worker. She also helped to ease the pain as much as possible, and my skin didn't get irritated like it has before when i've gone to other eyebrow threaders. I've been getting my brows threaded for years and I think right now they look the best they ever have, thank you Rebeca!!!!
