This was my first visit. Jordan at the front desk was very welcoming, she actually set up my appointment on the phone a week or so ago, nice to put a face to person who was so helpful in my booking. Becca the technician was very informational & very gentle. Since it was my first visit there (with previous extensions on) she explained what she was going to do & wanted to make sure my lashes would be healthy moving forward. Very relaxing experience. I'll be coming regularly now.
