I have always had wonderful experiences at Lash Lounge. My last appointment I showed up to and was told that my stylist tested positive for Covid the night prior, but I never received a notification. They handled the situation wonderfully and scheduled me for an appointment later that afternoon, apologized, and even discounted that upcoming fill which was a nice, unexpected surprise. However, I was slightly disappointed by my appointment later that day. My lash extensions appear much thinner than what I've had over the last few months and don't look too different from my natural lashes, even for a level 1 hybrid refill and having various stylists for the fills in the past. The appointment for the fill also took an hour and forty minutes which I would understand if I had shed a significant amount of lashes but that wasn't the case. My stylist was very pleasant and nice, my lashes just looked fairly different from what other stylists have done with my fills in the past. I would recommend Lash Lounge to others
