• My technician let me know what was happening each step of the way. It's easy to become startled when your eyes are shut, so the frequent updates put me at ease. Also, I've had lash removals from other providers and it never compares to lash lounge. You take such care to avoid lash damage. I've had experiences with tugging, pulling, and pain when removing which I do not get with your team of technicians. Thank you!
