• It was my first visit but the technician was so professional and knowledgeable of what she was doing. She also made me feel like we have known each other for a long while, that's how comfortable she made me feel.

• Getting my lashes done continues to be my monthly highlight. All the employees are kind and joyful. I am also particularly fond of Ruth who is skilled at her lash craft and equally thoughtful and caring. The desk queens (Zoe and Angel) are adorable and the manager (Debbie) is extremely engaged. To think I'm actually getting my new UV lashes with actual "couch time" from my extended family is a blessing! And these new UV lashes... ooo la-la! It's been 3 days and not 1 has fallen unlike my older bonding application. Yay for me!
