• So far I’ve have absolutely no complaints. My lash technician (Ruth) is pleasant, patient, courteous, and very understanding of my specific needs. The atmosphere is so relaxing that I sometimes fall asleep while getting my lashes done! I find that customer service is sparse in this day and age. However, the entire team there is pleasant, professional, and customer-service oriented. I am satisfied. If ever I am not satisfied, you will know.

• How sweet everyone is, and understanding. Even with my experience has not been well, you all find a way to fix it and make it better. Appreciate all the work you ladies do.
