• Love how thoughtful and kind all the concierge are, feels genuine. Shenell is without a doubt the most talented esthetician with her exceptional lash skills. I just adore her too, she's an amazing soul. I attribute the extra effort is from the reflection of the manager, she has put together the best lash lounge team.
