Without going into the details, the manager of the salon takes a hands on approach to address her customers needs, going above and beyond to resolve them resulting in the customer being the winner...my overall experience with this shop was phenomenal, from the wonderful big gentle man at the front desk to the lash stylists. I was amazed!
