I had some issues with my first set of lashes, but the receptionist went above and beyond to make things right. She was incredibly accommodating and scheduled me for a same-day appointment with a senior stylist, just as I requested, without giving me any hassle. Because of how well they handled the situation, I ended up signing up for the membership and will definitely be a returning client. The excellent customer service truly made all the difference. Highly recommend!

My lash tech did an AMAZING job! The lashes came out beautifully and exactly what I wanted. I'm so in love! Also, I appreciate her because I kept falling asleep, I'm talking mouth WIDE open, and jump scaring myself out of sleep. When I tell you I was relaxed the entire time and she was so professional. Very appreciate of her talent, her skills, and her grace! Would highly recommend her to anyone!
