• The front desk staff was great! Both ladies were genuinely kind and super helpful! However, my lash tech didn't seem like she was in a great mood.. maybe she was tired? She kind of blew off my questions.. I understand if she didn't know the answer, but her energy made me feel like I was annoying her 😬.. She was cool overall, but just not super friendly. Her smile felt "forced" .. BUT we all have bad days, so it's no biggie. She did GREAT with my lashes, and she was very gentle. My eyes weren't red or watery from the glue (like they have been at other lash places). I barely had any burning.
