• I've been coming to the Lash Lounge for over 4 years. Before that, I did go to another lash tech. The service is top notch from the front desk with Samantha and Belle. They are always so sweet and kind. They always work around any issue that could arise. My lash tech Chelsea is the absolute best! She listens to every detail of what I like in a lash and always nails it. If I ever have any issues with them, she's very informative about what could have happened and what she can do to help it.. whether using a different glue, lash, thickness or if I've used something too oily around my eyes. No wonder Chelsea is a senior stylist. I've never had such a soft touch of someone's fingers so delicately to my face. I would think I would open my with hardly any lashes on because of her gentleness. But, she gets me right and full every time. Having a membership here is the best deal I have ever seen in the lash industry.

• I personally love when people don't talk too much to me when I get stuff done. Zoe was wonderful, and she had a gentle touch which made me doze off a few times.
