• Not sure if a message will be received here, but I thought I'd try. I left a voicemail this afternoon, and didn't hear back. I got my 1st full set of lashes on 1-6 (hybrid), and bought the volume fill membership. My question is, is there any guarantee about the lashes staying on? I feel like I've lost a significant amount especially towards the inside of my lash (closest to my nose). I didn't shower for a full 2 days and I've only used the cleanser from your shop. I haven't put any makeup on except for today I had to put mascara on because I would have looked crazy without it. Thanks for any help u can give.

• When I got home one of the lashes came out and little later another did but I do have watery eyes, but I did want them to be longer and fuller but it couldn't be done. So I respect her honesty and the atmosphere was amazing, the young woman at the front desk was awesome my I highly recommend giving the place a try. I'll definitely be back for length in 2 weeks :)))
