• First I was greeted warmly by my name and had been treated so on the phone as well. The young woman that did my lashes seemed to really know what she was doing. Neither of my eyes were sore due the under eye pad placement so that was great. The bed was comfortable, the music relaxing, and she didn't jabber about her life but instead kept her comments to relaying to me what she was doing, especially before sitting the chair up. I have been abruptly told "your all finished" and the head of the bed was up before I even processed what she'd said and jolted out of my relaxation state , not pleasant. My payment transaction was handled politely,I was told about the programs offered and specials . I will definitely make The Lash Lounge my go to place !
