• I am happy with my eyelashes, especially with Andreya. I do think the price of the brow tint is too high for what it is, but it was my choice to spend the money, so that's on me. I am also happy with the customer service I have received.

• Sammie was fantastic! She listened to my fears about over processing, and bad experiences I have had with estheticians in the past (not at Lash Lounge) that fried my lashes. I spent the last two years strengthening and regrowing my lashes, and Sammie quelled my anxieties by explaining literally everything before, during, and after my lift/tint. She was a real treat.
