• Sammy is amazing. I absolutely love her. My retention has been amazing as well and overall I just love the experience. It's very relaxing and comforting.

• I truly appreciate Natashia's lash services. With her I do not lose lashes as often as I usually do. She is very gentle and has not accidentally poked me once. The only reason why I give a 9/10 is that the pricing is extremely confusing especially if you have a membership, the "master" lasher's lash services was not what I was expecting, especially with an upcharge, and Abbey suggested that I was getting a hand out for 20 comp lashes. It is hurtful to spend so much money and enjoy your lash artist and then walking up to the front not really know what you are going to pay. I have several text messages from different numbers just to confirm and not one email or text I have ever received has included the price of services. Maybe I haven't seen it. However the membership doesn't cover "half fills" and I hated getting poked by Sammy in my last appointment. My eye was so sensitive. I understand mistakes happen which is why I will stick just to ones I trust.
