• The staff was friendly and helpful. Jewel took her time and gently removed mashed that were not properly installed, missing her next appointment. She did not complain or rush. She was educating me on lash care and what types of salons to look out for moving forward to prevent a recurrence of the situation i was in. Other staff assisted Jewel with my removal, as it was quite difficult. It was an overall pleasant experience.

• I had a bad experience at a different place and Imani talked me through everything and took the time to completely fix my lashes! She was amazing! Cannot wait to go back in 2 weeks!
