Update
So glad I found Jessica working at a different lash business. I won't share her story but it seems quite obvious that what I stated before still holds true about the management. Hopefully they have better leadership now and respect their clients. There was no problem with my credit cards ( LOL) It's unbelievable what they try to put off on the customer instead of taking accountability and acknowledging their wrong.

I think her name was Sophia? She did AMAZING, exactly what i asked for :) It was my first time having lash extensions done and she was so thorough with step by step aftercare. The appointment was so comfortable and I deadass fell asleep. The owner took my call when I made the appointment and she was so kind! I didn't think I would plan on maintaining them after an event this week but the quality of the application and their membership option might have me hooked. Thank you guys for making me feel beautiful

Skylar did a good job. She listened to my preference carefully and gave good suggestions. I love my eyelash extensions so much.

I really wanted this to work due to the location's proximity to my home and the membership option however I never got the opportunity to fully experience the service despite spending over $500. My 1st set although sparse looked good and was very natural, so I joined however I didn't find out I wasn't a member until the following month when they admitted to losing my info which is easy to do since you fill it out with dry erase marker. My retention wasn't great so they got me in for a refill which I liked the look of even more. I went in for my next refill (rejoined again) and bought more products. This time however within 2 days you could barely tell I had extensions. So I emailed since it was weekend (still never received a response) and then called Monday morning. They got me in and the tech couldn't believe how poor the retention so she took pictures. I left pretty happy. The receptionist scheduled me for 1 week out because she said the remaining from the poor application will likely fall out and they did. Long story short this game went on for 3 months so I canceled my appointment and membership and I was told Nicki would contact me. Nope. When we finally spoke after I left a message and sent another email, everything I had experienced made sense. Nicki's management appears to be lacking professionalism and accountability so I feel safe in assuming she isn't doing quality control evaluations nor holding the techs accountable.

I did not get what I asked for!!the esthetician (Kelsey) did not inform me that my eyelashes were too thin and the placement and fullness would not be able to be achieved until after I told her that she didn't do what I asked for. I even showed her a picture of my previous lashes and how full they were. I would have expected her to let me know that it couldn't be done how I wanted them before she started! She is the one that is licensed I felt as though that was very unprofessional. I paid extra due to the fact I wanted the fullness so I went with Hybrid. I would NOT recommend this establishment if you're looking for fullness Go somewhere else!! Don't waste your time or money

I've been to several lash studios, tried FlutterHabit, tried doing my own lashes at home, and while the others were good, nothing is as amazing as getting serviced at the Lash Lounge. It's really in how they must train their staff because no matter which Lash Lounge location I go to, they're always professional, deliver top notch lashes, and make it a truly spa like relaxing experience. Worth the extra $.

- Stylist was excellent with asking what I liked and executing on that, made sure it was her best work she could do before I left, and held client comfort high on her priority list

My first time and had a great experience. Clean, comfy, spa feel, prompt and professional. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. I've already scheduled my next fill.

The salon is beautiful! I have gotten my lashes done here for over a year and a half now. I have had several girls here do my fills and all of them are great, Katie is my favorite! I pay the hybrid membership and it's a pretty good deal if you like to have your lashes done this is the best and most affordable way is to get the membership. Only 139$ a month and you go every two weeks. By the second week my lashes still look good enough to last another week if I wanted. I always fall asleep! the beds are super soft and they have blankets and pillows to make you extra comfy. i wouldn't go anywhere else, this is the best in Columbus for sure!

Rin is amazing! She is so patient & detailed with her work. I've been seeing her for a while now & love the way she does my lashes. The lash lounge is extremely clean & everyone is professional & helpful in teaching you proper lash care & recommend products. I always enjoy my experience & recommended it to anyone interested in lash extensions.

Lash Lounge does not care about what the customer wants! On 4/29 I spoke with two different people. Prior to my appointment. I confirmed that I only want a half fill. Rhine did my lashes. She acknowledges that I could have waited 3-4 works due to good retention. She told me she used more lashes than the first time. I was charged for a full fill. That is not what I asked for!!
I let it go. I called today to schedule a half fill, which I was told I could on 4/29. I was told I could not at it at the stylists' discretion what I get? I do not like that the stylist determines the service I, the customer wants. I know what I want MY lashes to look like. I do not want them overfilled just so they can charge more.
