• The staff is so professional. I have cancer. H lost my eyelashes. I was looking online for info about lashes and I couldn't make sense of what I was reading. I was able to schedule a consultation on the day I was in the area for follow ups at the James. I was looking into how I can help my natural and not cause any harm. I respect how professional the staff was when they explained that I wasn't a candidate for lashes. She gave me information about a serum and told me to ask my doctor. To me, that showed a person who actually cared and made me feel so important yesterday. I've been telling my friend who travels for appt with me a lot. Thank you for putting safety before a profit. I appreciate you so much.
