• My husband purchased a gift certificate for Christmas, but it was not delivered for some reason. I called the Polaris location after hours and didn't even leave a voice-mail. I received an unprompted morning text asking if I needed assistance. I provided a screenshot of the payment receipt received from the gift card purchase and explained the dilemma. The representative promptly emailed my gift card within 5 minutes. The representative continued to work with me to complete scheduling my appointment. She was absolutely amazing😁😁😁. This level of service had me excited for my appointment, which didn't cease to amazing. The receptionist provided such a warm, inviting welcome and made the ✔️-in process efficient. Finally, my lash technician, Rayne, was litty🔥. She made sure to understand the look I wanted and proceeded to execute flawlessly. She was professional, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you so much for treating me like VIP. I really enjoyed my service and will continue to come to this location.
