• Hannah did a great job on tinting and was professional. I took a point off because she was over 10 minutes late, I received an updated (after I'd checked in) that my appointment had been moved to 3pm from 2:30, and the receptionist didn't offer me water, but she offered some to the next guest who arrived while I was still waiting
