From start to finish, customer service was amazing. Thank you, Jamie, for taking care of the appointment. The atmosphere was top-notch, cleanically clean studio. But most enjoyable was my service with Jihona, the Lash Stylist!!! She was warm and listened to my concerns. You want a stylist who is creative and can share what will work for you to get the best outcome. Jihona is more than half of why I chose a 10 score. I'm happy I made the right choice to visit the Lash Lounge! Thank you.
