The minute I walked in I was greeted with a pleasant hello and welcome. This might seem pointless, but in the hospitality world this is essential to make the customer feel welcomed and happy they are there. The Lash Lounge gets it that people have a choice and they choose their establishment and they don't take it for granted. If you ever walk into an establishment and they don't greet you (making eye contact) with excitement, turn around and leave. They don't appreciate you, but the Lash Lounge does. Their stylist are the best and Jiamora was so patient and an ace to the craft. Highly recommend this place

Super easy experience , great tech and she was very gentle. Didn’t feel a thing. It was a very relaxing experience as well and I have a lovely lashes now!
