Great customer service. Polite intake. Lash specialist was nice good pass the time conversation. Easy sales no hard pitch but she seemed knowledgeable about beauty. Exit no hard sale, follow up and compliment. 👍🏽 It was well lit but not overpowering. The bathroom had lotion 🧴 VIP! The only thing that was missing was lavender in a diffuser.
