Overall I really enjoyed the ambience and the service I received. However, my technician wasn't the friendliest wasn't the warmest nor is she the most customer savvy savvy individual I've ever encountered. During my consultation she continued to tell me how short my lashes were. She can't leave told me what styles I could not have because of the shortness of my lashes. After receiving my service she then telling me how oily my skin was and how I needed to keep my lashes cleaned because my skin was so oily. It was very hurtful for her to keep emphasizing on things people have sensitivity for. Obviously I feel my lashes aren't long that's why I'm coming in for extensions. Thank you for making me very aware of how oily my skin is today I have a dermatologist appointment after I leave here. She then went to give my daughter a consultation, and did the same thing with her. She continued to tell her how short her lashes were and instead of removing the eye makeup from her lashes continue to tell her how she couldn't come quite assess her because she was wearing mascara. She then told her that she suffered some from oily skin and will probably have trouble maintaining her lashes as well. Although my eyes look beautiful when I left out of the studio my self-esteem had taken a toll. Luckily the customers and the station's next to me we're having lovely conversations and interactions with their technicians. This let me know it wasn't everybody it was just unfortunately my technician. So yes I would definitely return, but definitely not to the same technician.

Because it was the best service I ever had compared to the amazing lash salon they have nothing to offer I love the service at the lash lounge and I will recommend them to family ans friends
