The technician was absolutely professional and competent. I loved how she would prepare me for the next step in her process by telling me what she was about to do. The ambiance of the space was relaxing and calming until a group of other people entered and was loud. I couldn't tell who they were specifically because my eyes were closed, but they ruined my peace. That's the only reason I scored a 9 instead of a 10. The end results were exactly what I wanted and I would go to that technician again if I lived in the State. Thanks for the experience.
