  • Convenient and good service. And amber! But please make your app easier to make appts. I've tried 3 times before yesterday over the past 6mths to book. It always says nothing is avail. And I don't try any further. You're losing business. Also when I called this time, after trying to book online, it said as of Jan 23 you were closed. Fortunately I left a message. And I got a call back telling me you weren't closed the voicemail was wrong. I just feel that your self sabotaging yourself. I want you to be successful!!! And with the times we are in, it's already challenging. Please make it easier to make appts. Or don't use the app. People will give up if you make it so hard and go elsewhere. Just wanted to give feedback. I also discussed with amber and showed her exactly what happened. Starting with 15% off email that took me to a worthless screen. Then I signed in, completed the entire process for it to say, not avail, pick another tech. So did that, and it said, not avail. Then I called, and said you were closed. You get my point by now. Most people wouldn't try this hard before going somewhere else. Thanks!
