• Only reason is, I do not like the counting of lashes and only a maximum number that are used. All my other places just got you full no matter what (within the same allotted appt time). Stylists are great and it's not their rules.

• I thought the stylist I had, Rachel, was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is appealing, clean, and relaxing. I do think the cancelation policy is a bit harsh however, especially if someone isn't fully canceling, and simply needs to reschedule, but it is expressly stated when you get your appointment confirmation, so that is appreciated. I would definitely recommend The Lash Lounge.
