• I thought the stylist I had, Rachel, was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is appealing, clean, and relaxing. I do think the cancelation policy is a bit harsh however, especially if someone isn't fully canceling, and simply needs to reschedule, but it is expressly stated when you get your appointment confirmation, so that is appreciated. I would definitely recommend The Lash Lounge.
